Pricing Policy
Rental Rates: Our rental rates will be determined based on factors such as the duration of the rental, the number of vehicles rented, and the distance traveled. We offer competitive rates that are based on the prevailing market rates.
Billing: Billing for rentals will be based on the actual duration of the rental period, and Rider will be billed at the end of the rental period. We accept payment through various methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and checks.
Discounts: We offer discounts for Riders who rent our electric vehicles for longer periods, and for Riders who rent multiple vehicles at once. Discounts will be calculated based on the specific rental requirements of the Rider.
Cancellation Policy: If a Rider wishes to cancel a reservation, they must do so at least 48 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the rental start time, the Rider will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total rental fee.
Maintenance and Damage Fees: Riders are responsible for ensuring that the vehicles are returned in the same condition as when they were rented. If any damage is incurred, the Rider will be responsible for the cost of repair. Additionally, Riders will be charged a fee for any cleaning or maintenance required beyond normal wear and tear.
Late Fees: Riders are expected to return the rented vehicles on time. If a Rider returns a vehicle late, they will be charged a late fee that is proportional to the amount of time that the vehicle is overdue.
Insurance: Riders are required to have comprehensive insurance coverage for all rented vehicles. Proof of insurance must be provided before the rental period begins.
